Hello lovelies! Please bear with me while I make the transition back from WordPress to Blogger. I need to go through and insert images and do some more tweaks.

Review: Wicked Edge (Realm Enforcers #2) by Rebecca Zanetti

I abso-freaking-lutely LOVED the first book in this series and was equally in love with this one! I have always had a soft spot for the big, gruff, alpha-male guys who turn out to be these little mush balls on the inside. The lone ranger. The protector. All my faves, which Daire Dunne had rolled up into one massive, sexy package! When I wasn't having lustful thoughts, I was feeling like I needed to make Cee Cee my new best friend. Talk about one woman you do not want to cross. She'll hatch a badass plan of retaliation and won't be afraid to get her hands dirty in the process. She's the type of friend who'd have your back. Who wouldn't want to bring her into their circle?

There was a lot of serious moments in this book, but I found numerous moments that were funny every time Cee Cee drugged Daire. Like, really dude? You're still going to fall for that? I guess that shows a pretty face is a good blinder. I just knew the first time she drugged him that she was in some seriously hot water when Daire decided to go looking for her-a place that I, myself, wouldn't have minded finding myself in if it meant getting close to that sexy beast.

We're still trying to fight the war against planekite, which our characters-mainly our badass resident heroine of this book-was able to put a serious hurting on the distributors. But where one man falls short, there is always someone behind him, waiting in the wings to take over. We find out that the main distributor has someone on his side from the witch community. I'm interested where this lead will take us since it's completely upended Simone's life. I can't wait to get into her story! The more I read of her, the more I want to get into her head.

I really could go on and on about all the things I fancied in this book, but I don't want to spoil anything for anyone else. It really is one of those books that I will tell you is a must read. So go forth and get your read on! You'll thank me later.
