Hello lovelies! Please bear with me while I make the transition back from WordPress to Blogger. I need to go through and insert images and do some more tweaks.

After serving as a dutiful bridesmaid in the wedding from hell, Aynslee Shaw just wants to slink home to Nashville and forget the whole trip. That is, until the hottest guy she’s ever seen is seated next to her on the flight and dazzles her with his easy laugh and killer smile. But just when she thinks things are getting good, he vanishes, leaving Aynslee wondering, was that guy the one? And did she just let him slip through her fingers?

Former superstar goalie Jordan Ryan is back on the ice—finally. After a crippling knee injury that had him wondering if he’d ever play pro hockey again, he’s got his full attention on rebuilding his career. So a pretty—okay, beautiful—girl on a plane shouldn’t be a distraction. But Jordan is very, very distracted. And when Aynslee crosses his path again, he’s not sure any job in the world is worth missing his second chance with a woman like her.

Includes a special message from the editor, as well as an excerpt from the Loveswept title Empty Net.

My Thoughts:

I am absolutely in love with the Assassins series and definitely wanted to get my hands on this one. I was curious to get to know more about the injured star goalie, Jordan Ryan. I love when a guy is full of confidence but I have say that I loved how Toni wrote Jordan. I wanted to go in there and hug him! How he first acted around Aynslee reminds me so much how my husband was around me. :)

I might I say I LOVED Aynslee! First off, hello! She's a redhead! She was fiesty, confident, and seemed like someone I would get along with really well if her character was an actual person. I really enjoyed how she was the perfect fit for Jordan.

Jordan and Aynslee have great chemistry and bring out the best in each other. Another element that made this read really enjoyable was that even though it was a novella (which are NEVER long enough in my opion. Lol.) I felt like the relationship progressed in the right amount of time. They didn't go in there saying that they loved this person even though they just met them that day knowing nothing about the other person. They really got to know a lot about the other person and their loved seem very genuine.

I can not wait until the next installment of the Assassins series comes out. I can't get enough!!

2 rating for spice. There was sex but it wasn't anything super freaky. ;)
