Hello lovelies! Please bear with me while I make the transition back from WordPress to Blogger. I need to go through and insert images and do some more tweaks.

(Tour: Guest Post/Review)Blind to Men by Chris Lange

Good morning lovelies! Today I am hosting a wonderful author Chris Lange on Redheads today. Everyone give her a warm welcome! :)

Hi all and welcome to wonderful Crystal's blog,

My name is Chris Lange and I am a grateful girl. BTShowcase has been hosting me and my book BLIND TO MEN for the past two weeks, so I wish to thank all of them. They are an incredible team! Today is my last stop, here in Crystal's company, and parting is never an easy thing to do. Actually I think I might do some crying later tonight.

But before that, I'd like to say a few words about the character I have kept for the end. The character we girls have been waiting for all along. The warrior we wish we could meet round the street corner. The alpha male we have fantasized about for years and years. The strong, caring, dark man we dream of every waking and sleeping hour. I'm sure you all know who I'm thinking of by now: the one whose name we whisper in the dead of night, the one we picture when lying alone in bed, the one who will always be in our minds no matter what. The larger than life man we secretly name HIM.

In BLIND TO MEN, I chose to call him Kylor in reference to the character of Kyle Reese from the 1984 James Cameron's science-fiction movie "The Terminator". Now he was a fighter!

And why a warrior? To say nothing of the fact that I totally love fantasy, I write true. True to my feelings, my desires, my hopes, my mistakes, my fears, my heartaches, and my never-ending dreams. So in his own way, Kylor came to life as a tribute to another faithful warrior and protector who deeply touched me: Aragorn in "Lord of The Rings".

Until next time, I wish you all good luck and happy reading!

Chris Lange

My books are all on Amazon except my latest paranormal vampire story "Gabriel".

The day has come for Anya to reclaim her life. Protected by an Amazon, she must go to legendary Palance, the city of her dreams. She has to leave her home without even knowing she was cursed at birth. She is blind to men. She can’t see them, and they can’t see her. Except one.

The blurb for this book sounded great and I couldn't wait to read it. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed at all. It was different from any other book I have read.

Anya has spent her life not knowing that she can't see and is invisible to men. She knows something is amiss when there is the ugliest woman she has ever seen there to escort her to the legendary Palance, a city she has only dreamed of visiting. In the middle of everything, Anya can't help be feel confused about the strange feelings she is having towards her Amazon protector.

Having a spell put on him so he would be able to help the lovely Anya, Kylor instantly feeling the stirrings of sexual awareness towards the sexy woman he is vowed to protect with his life. Into their journey, Kylor realizes there is more to Anya then meets the eye which makes her damn near irresistible.

Chris makes you stand up and take notice of these fantastic characters. Not only does she have you glued to the pages, she makes you light on fire from the passion Anya and Kylor share. Where can I find me one of those hunky protectors? Can't say I blame Anya for falling for Kylor. He is every woman's dream!

On a side note, I just want to say I absolutely loved the cover. Usually my faves are the ones with half naked men but this one is the bees knees! :)

I seriously loved this book. It was the perfect combination of magic, intrigue, and sexual energy!

Phew! Can we say smokin'? I thought my Kindle was going to catch on fire!

Alright, Chris has been kind enough to give away a copy of Blind to Men to one lucky winner. You have today and tomorrow to enter to win. Post a comment to be entered to win. If you would like extra entries, just do the rest of the tasks. Good luck!
