If you want to score, you have to get in the game...
The last thing Jenna Riley needs is more sports in her life. While her brothers are off being athletic superstars, she's stuck running the family's sports bar, whether she likes it or not. Then in walks pro hockey stud Tyler Anderson. As much as Jenna would like to go to the boards with him, she's vowed to never fall for a jock-even one as hot as Ty.

Ty, intrigued by the beautiful bar owner, becomes a regular. He senses that Jenna wants to do something more with her life. And as he gains her trust, the passion between them grows, as does Ty's insistence that Jenna should start living for herself. With his encouragement, Jenna starts to believe it, too...

But first, Jenna has to figure out what she wants, what she needs, who she loves, and if she has the passion and pride to take a shot at having it all-including Ty...

MY THOUGHTS:

Can I start off by first saying, WOWZA! O_O I love Jaci's covers. The men on them always know exactly how to make a woman successfully drool on herself. (Yeah, it happend. So what? Lol!)

We are back with the Riley family, who I absolutely love, and get to see into Jenna's life. She runs her family's sports bar so she is surrounded by sports 24/7. Getting the itch to find herself a boyfriend, she sets her mind to finding one that is not involved in sports whatsoever. Yeah...that's easier said then done since none of them make her heard pound like the sexy star hockey player Tyler Anderson that comes into her bar all the time. What makes matters worse is he feels the need to intrude in her space. He is always there when she turns around. Can't she get a minute to herself? You know, to think about all the eligible non-sports men she could be swooning over and not the heart-stoppingly gorgeous man who haunts her dreams. But he is always there tempting her. How dare he be that selfish!

After seeing the beautiful bar owner, Ty becomes a regular. Regular pain in Jenna's ass if you ask Jenna but he knows better. He can tell by the way she sneaks looks at him when she thinks he's not looking and how flushed and her breathing changes when he's around her. Knowing that she is looking for more in her life, Ty decides to help push her boundaries and get out there. Especially after continuously turning him down because he is involved in sports. I mean come on, she runs a sports bar and her brothers are sports stars. How can she not want to be involved in sports when that's all she knows? After a couple failed dates with "normal" guys, Jenna decides to give Ty a chance. While he slowly creeps into her heart, she takes his by storm and doesn't even know it. What's a man to do?

Another great addition to an already addicting series. Whatever Jaci is doing is working extremely well for her. She combines a little bit of drama, a small dose of witty humor, and a massive amount of sex appeal which makes for an engrossing read. Your family and friends shouldn't expect to hear from you and you should expect to get nothing done in the time it takes to read this book. Trust me when I say Jaci writes magic in the form of words.

RATING:

Play by Play series. More like hooked to every word in this book series.

Jenna and Ty are sexually enticing in every way. Or maybe it's just because I want to get in Ty's pants! HA!
